CBS Masonry recently did a chimney surfacing for me and they were great! The quote was right on budget, and educated me to items that were not caught in the other quotes I received. (Like a new cap being necessary because the new stone would protrude out past the old cap.) Charlie Simms and his sons were very thorough in their work, got the job done quickly and cleaned up every day when they left the job site. Quality work, friendly and customer focused, and at a good price!
CBS Masonry did driveway and sidewalk repairs in 2009 at Rainbow Estates. Their work was very satisfactory and they were nice people to have on our property. In fact, we might be hiring them for further work in 2010.

I was very pleased with the work CBS did raising the height of my chimney. They brought the materials and equipment the day before they were going to start work. I am very pleased with CBS Masonry, contractor for Parker and Johnston. to remove an unused, leaking chimney. They were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They filled in the roofing with the exact shingles. Everything was removed and cleaned up quickly.
CBS Masonry repointed the 100 year old brick on the west side of Oak Bay United Church. They were timely and professional and also provided top soil for reseeding the lawn at no cost to OBUC.
